To reset your password simply click here.

On the next screen, select "I'm an existing user and I forgot my password", enter your email address, and click send email.

An email will be sent to your email address with instructions on how to reset your password.

After successfully resetting your password, the screen display should resemble the example below. If you see any other display on the screen, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

To unlock your account. please provide a selfie photo with the following requirements:

1) Prepare your passport paper, and a pen
2) Write bitazza.com, Unfreeze Account, and current date on the paper.
3) Take a clear photo of yourself holding this paper and your passport with the information and text clearly visible.

1) Open the Bitazza App, go to "Setting" on the top left corner, select "Security" and enable Two-factor Authentication.
2) Copy Key or QR Code by clicking the number.
3) Download a Two-Factor Authentication application. We recommended Google Authenticator and Twilio Authy.
4) Open the 2FA application, select "+" click "enter setup key". Set account as Bitazza TH and paste the key or pull up the saved QR image from Bitazza.- *Instructions are for Google Authenticator specifically. Other 2FA apps may require different steps for user.

5) Copy the 6-digit code generated by your Google Authenticator in the Bitazza app to finish setting up 2FA for your account.

To reset your Google 2FA, please provide a selfie photo with the following requirements:

Please perform the following steps to transfer fund to Bitazza Thailand:
1.Log in to your Bitazza account whether on the mobile app or web browser.
2.Navigate to the Wallets tab and click Transfer in your wallet.
3.Select the Crypto you wish to transfer.
4.Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
5.Accept the terms and conditions below before proceeding
6.You fully understand and acknowledge that your funds will be transferred to Bitazza Company Limited (Bitazza Thailand)
7.Check details before clicking Confirm to proceed with the transfer.
8.Once the transfer is successful, you will see the transfer confirmation page.

If you wanted to transfer into or from your Bitazza account but had sent to a wrong address; Bitazza will not know to whom those addresses belong to and will be unable to assist in recovering those funds.

You may try to contact the recipient or the exchange of which address you had mistakenly sent to, to organize the return of your funds. However, unfortunately, Bitazza will not be able to assist any further once the funds have been sent out to the blockchain.

Bitazza urges all customers to always exercise the utmost care when depositing or withdrawing funds.

You can view your THB deposit and withdrawal transactions by visiting the "Wallets" page and click "Fiat".

You can view the deposit and withdrawal of cryptocurrency on the dashboard, or go to "Wallets" and click Crypto. Then click the coin you want to check to display its transaction history.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions will be notified by email. You can also view them in the mailbox.

Your TXID can be found in the Recent Activity column in your crypto wallet or dashboard. Simply click the transaction and the TXID will be displayed.

If you couldn't withdraw because you didn't receive the confirmation email. You can try these four solutions:

- A common problem is unstable internet signal. Please check whether your internet connection is working correctly.

- Misspelling your email address is also another common cause. Please check your spelling carefully to avoid any mistakes.

- Your email filter settings may cause our Bitazza confirmation email to get lost in the "Trash" or "Spam" please also check those folders for the confirmation email.

- Your storage might be full. Please free up the email space and wait for the new email confirmation.

1. Transaction Hash/TXID (Transaction Number)
2. Screenshots of the transaction from the sender's platform show that the transaction has been successfully submitted.
3. Full name
4. Bitazza account email

You can deposit cryptocurrencies by using the network that is available on Bitazza only.

To check your trading orders, please go to the "Trade" page, then click the "Orders" button located at the top right corner.

Orders that are still pending will be displayed in the "Open" section, while all completed orders will be found in the "Completed" section.

If you are unable to locate your order, please click "Connect with an agent" for further assistance.

On the application, go to "Trade" and click "Order," and your open order will be displayed. You can easily click the order you want to cancel and cancel it.

On the website, you will find all your open orders in the bottom column below the Price Chart of the Market tab.
To cancel an order, simply click the Cancel button (highlighted in yellow).

⚠️ Unnatural language

⚠️ Share their Wallet Address publicly.

If you are using on application, please perform the following steps:
1. Go to Wallet and select Crypto.
2. Click "Deposit" and select the coin and network to deposit.
3. Click "Get Address" to create your QR code and wallet address.

If you are using a website, please perform the following steps:
1. Go to "Wallet" and select the coin you want to deposit.
2. Click "Receive" and select the network to deposit.
3. The QR code and wallet address will be automatically displayed.

*Please check whether the networks of the recipient and sender match, or your assets may be lost.
**If there is a destination tag/memo tag, please fill it in correctly. If you fill it in incorrectly, your assets may be lost.

If you are using an application, please follow these steps:
1.Open the application and go to the Wallets section. Click Crypto.
2. Look for the "Withdraw" option and click it. Choose the coin and network you want to withdraw. Then click "Next."
3. Enter the recipient's wallet address, the amount you wish to withdraw, and include a Memo tag or Destination tag if required. Click the "Withdraw" button.
4. Once you confirm the withdrawal, you will be required to enter 2FA to proceed, and then you will receive an email asking for confirmation.
5. After confirming the withdrawal via email, the status of your withdrawal will change. It will either show as "Fully Processed" or "Completed" when the withdrawal is successful.

If you are using a website, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the Wallets section. Select Crypto you want to withdraw.
2. Look for the "Send" option and click it. Choose the network you want to withdraw.
3. Enter the recipient's wallet address, the amount you wish to withdraw, and include a Memo tag or Destination tag if required. Click the "Send" button.
4. Once you confirm the withdrawal, you will be required to enter 2FA to proceed, and then you will receive an email asking for confirmation.
5. After confirming the withdrawal via email, the status of your withdrawal will change. It will either show as "Fully Processed" or "Completed" when the withdrawal is successful.

Internal withdrawal is exclusive function for Bitazza user only. You can simply send your crypto to your friend using their email or Bitazza ID to proceed without any fee, and the fund will be there right away.

If you are using an application, please follow these steps:
1. Open the application and go to the Wallets section. Click Crypto.
2. Look for the "Withdraw" option and click it. Change the recipient to a Bitazza user.
3. Enter the recipient's Bitazza ID or email to withdraw, then click Next.
4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, then click the "Withdraw" button.
5. Once you confirm the withdrawal, you will be required to enter 2FA to proceed. After that, the transaction proof will show up.

If you are using a website, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the Wallets section. Select Crypto you want to withdraw.
2. Look for the "Send" option and click it. Change the recipient to Bitazza ID
3. Enter the recipient's Bitazza ID or email, amount you wish to withdraw, then click the "Send" button.
4. Once you confirm the withdrawal, you will be required to enter 2FA to proceed. After that, the transaction proof will show up.
